In order for us to process your request you must Contact Us within 1 week of the purchase.

·         Why did we not meet your expectations?

·         What could we have done to have met your expectations?

·         What can we do to ensure your expectations are satisfied?

If we didn’t meet your expectations, we would like to have the opportunity to make things right. If applicable, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
